I am grateful for who I am. I love my body, the way my thoughts are constantly appearing like ships on the unclear horizon, my vitality and my constant urge to learn something new.
On the matter of thoughts; they are unpredictable sometimes. Ready to indulge in the dance I cannot control nor keep up with. Yet life is a constant learning curve and asking questions. Or better yet, not asking at all. Just see the dance as a spectator, not the dancer itself.
I shall forget yesterday’s struggles and start with a clean slate. Every wake up is exactly this; a clean sheet of paper that allows us to decide and change the course of the future that is in the present that is in the past. Think of it.
What this beautiful day is about to bring today? Be aware and present. Appreciate what’s around you. Look through the love, not the eyes.
